What we process and why

Contact-form inquiries: email address, name or company, selected services, approximate budget, message and any attachments. Purpose: responding to your inquiry and arranging the work. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Direct contact by email or phone: whatever you choose to send us, for the same purpose.

Analytics and ads measurement (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads): visit and conversion data — only with your consent given via the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Technical server logs (Cloudflare, our hosting provider): IP address and basic request data, for security and delivery of the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential: we store your consent choice (sd_consent) and an intro-seen flag in your browser's local storage. This requires no consent and is not used for tracking.

Analytics and advertising (Google cookies): set only after you click “Accept”. If you decline, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals (Consent Mode).

Recipients and international transfers

Data is handled by our processors: Google (analytics and advertising), Resend (delivery of form messages to our inbox) and Cloudflare (hosting). Some processing takes place in the United States under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation and any resulting work lasts, or until you ask us to delete them. Your consent choice remains until you withdraw it or clear your browser data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to stanicdigital@gmail.com.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
